Deposits

A 25% deposit is required to secure all bookings. If booking multiple appointments, a deposit is only required for the next upcoming appointment — this will be taken at checkout each time. Consultations are secured with a £5 deposit/fee.

Cancelling / Rescheduling — Laser Appointments

More than 48 hours before your appointment

You can cancel or reschedule free of charge, or receive a refund of your deposit.

Within 48 hours of your appointment

You can reschedule once for free within 72 hours of your original appointment time (excluding Sundays), subject to availability. If we cannot offer a slot within 72 hours, or you cannot attend, your deposit will be lost and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

Within 24 hours of your appointment

If you have already used your one free reschedule, or cannot attend within the 72-hour window, a 20% charge of the remaining balance will be required.

Cancelling / Rescheduling — Consultations

Within 48 hours of your consultation

You can reschedule free of charge within 7 days of your original appointment time (excluding Sundays), subject to availability. If you are unable to attend within this 7-day window, or no availability can be offered, your £5 deposit will be lost and a new deposit will be required to secure another booking.

Please note: the 7-day reschedule window applies to consultations only. Future laser appointments are subject to the standard 48-hour cancellation policy.

Changing or Cancelling Body Areas

Within 48 hours of your appointment, a £10 amendment fee applies if cancelling any treatment areas. Remaining areas will be adjusted and re-priced accordingly. If you cancel an area and wish to have it treated at a later date, that area must be booked and paid for as a separate treatment.

Full Body Laser Package

Our Full Body Laser Package covers every area head to toe — face, underarms, arms, chest, stomach, back, shoulders, bikini (including Brazilian/Hollywood), bum cheeks, legs, hands and feet — across every session. 6 sessions for £1,600 (buy 5, get 1 free), with 0% interest Klarna instalments available. A consultation and patch test are required before purchase and before your first session.

Full Body Laser Package — Terms & Conditions

1. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or promotion.

2. Vouchers (gift or promotional) cannot be used as payment towards this course.

3. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase, either upfront or via an approved Klarna payment plan. Once payment is made, this course is non-refundable.

4. All sessions must be used within 14 months of the date of purchase. Any remaining sessions after this period will expire and cannot be refunded, extended, or carried over.

5. This course is non-transferable and cannot be assigned, gifted, or used by another client. It covers one named purchasing client only.

6. The free session (buy 5, get 1 free) holds no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other treatment or area.

7. Sessions are non-exchangeable and cannot be swapped for a different treatment, body area, or service.

8. Each session includes all listed body areas. Skipping or forfeiting any area — or being advised that an area is unsuitable — does not entitle you to any refund, credit, discount, replacement appointment, or additional time slot for that area.

9. Laser hair removal is most effective on brown and black hair. Our triple-wavelength technology can treat some lighter shades; however, results on lighter hair cannot be guaranteed. If any area is found unsuitable due to hair colour, no refund, credit, or discount will be given.

10. A consultation and patch test are required before treatment can begin. Suitability is subject to consultation; we reserve the right to decline or postpone treatment on medical or safety grounds.

11. Sessions must be spaced according to the treatment plan advised by your technician. Results cannot be guaranteed if recommended intervals are not followed.

12. Our standard cancellation policy applies to all appointments under this package. Appointments cancelled or missed within the 48-hour window will be forfeited from your course.

13. This offer is available to women only.

14. Klarna payments are subject to Klarna's own eligibility checks, terms, and conditions.

15. The Laser Base reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time. Terms in place at the point of purchase will apply to your course.

16. We strongly advise booking a consultation before purchasing so our experts can confirm suitability across all body areas. Purchases made without a prior consultation remain subject to all terms above.

Laser Credit

Laser Credit is our flexible pre-payment option — purchase credit, add it to your account, and use it towards laser hair removal treatments whenever you're ready.

5% off when you purchase £750 or more in Laser Credit. 10% off when you purchase £1,500 or more. Your discount is applied at the time of purchase and reflected in the total amount paid.

Laser Credit must be arranged directly through our team — in clinic, by message, or via our booking system. Payment by card or bank transfer only (no cash accepted). Credit is added to your account once payment is received and deducted automatically after each completed appointment.

New Clients

All new clients receive 50% off their first laser hair removal treatment, which must be completed and paid for separately. Laser Credit cannot be used towards your first discounted treatment, but can be applied to all subsequent appointments. A consultation and patch test are required before starting treatments.

Laser Credit — Terms & Conditions

1. Non-refundable: Laser Credit cannot be refunded once purchased or exchanged for cash.

2. No expiry: Laser Credit does not expire and can be redeemed at any time.

3. Personal use only: Can only be used by the purchasing client. Cannot be shared, gifted, or used by another individual.

4. Non-transferable: Cannot be transferred to another client or account under any circumstances.

5. Treatment use only: Can only be redeemed against eligible laser hair removal treatments at The Laser Base.

6. New client exclusion: Cannot be used toward the first treatment for new clients receiving the 50% introductory discount.

7. Discount structure: The applicable discount is applied at the time of purchase and cannot be altered retrospectively.

8. Pricing changes: Treatments redeemed using Laser Credit will be charged at the current price at the time of booking.

9. Account requirement: Must be held on an active client account and will be deducted automatically after each completed appointment.

10. Right to amend: The Laser Base reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Laser Credit scheme and its terms at any time.

Cancellation & Rescheduling — Laser Credit Appointments

No deposit is taken for appointments booked using Laser Credit, but the following charges apply for late cancellations. Fees will be deducted directly from your Laser Credit balance.

Within 48 hours

A charge of 25% of the appointment cost.

Within 24 hours

A total charge of 45% of the appointment cost (25% + an additional 20%).

You are allowed one free reschedule per treatment, within 72 hours of the original appointment time, subject to availability. If we cannot offer a new slot within that window, the above charges will apply. Repeated late cancellations or reschedules may result in Laser Credit restrictions at our discretion.

Loyalty & Referral Schemes

You are automatically enrolled in both our Referral Program and TreatCard Loyalty Rewards after your initial consultation.

Refer a Friend

Share your personal referral link via our app or online booking platform. When your friend books their first laser hair removal session through your link, they'll receive a £15 voucher. After they complete their first appointment, you'll earn a £25 voucher for your next treatment. The referral link must be used for vouchers to apply.
